​​Westleafe Developments Limited acquire land and property for development, establish the optimum real estate mix for the site and feed this into our development ‘black box’.

Our appraisal system rates and ranks real estate, depending on key drivers. These may be financial, ecological/environmental, community need etc.  Our aim is to produce buildings that enhance their surroundings and meet the needs of the area.


Our development strategy for each project is complete with a defined target and/or exit route. 

In addition to projects that are wholly funded by WDL, we also complete some developments in partnership (under an SPV arrangement) with landowners and/or investors.
